Wings Financial Senior Management Team
- Paul V. Parish, President/CEO - Mr. Parish is currently President/CEO of Wings Financial Federal Credit Union. Parish served in a variety of management and executive positions in other Credit Unions before joining Wings Financial as President/CEO in 1992. He has been a member of the Wings Financial board of directors since 1997. Under his leadership the Credit Union has grown from just over $300 million to over $2.26 billion in assets while expanding product and service offerings.
- Mark S. Everson, Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer - Mr. Everson has held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Wings Financial since 1996. Responsible for all areas of the Credit Union that have personal contact with membership, including branch office operations, consumer and real estate lending functions, the call center and collections. Mr. Everson oversees a motivated staff whose focus is sales and service to our membership and who remain committed to the goals and objectives of the organization. Prior to joining Wings, Mr. Everson was Senior Vice President of Lending at IBM Mid America Employees Federal Credit Union. Along with increased management and strategic responsibilities, Mr. Everson’s 29 years in the financial services industry have afforded him hands on experience in collections and consumer and real estate lending.
- Timothy A. Keegan, Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Keegan joined Wings Financial as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1996 and served on the Wings Board of Directors for a three-year term from 1992 to 1996. His responsibilities include overseeing all financial accounting, reporting, forecasting and budgeting. He manages the Credit Union’s over $1 billion investment portfolio. During the 10 years before joining the Credit Union, Mr. Keegan held positions of increasing responsibility in the finance, treasury and accounting areas of Northwest Airlines. Prior to that he worked in public accounting for three years. He is a graduate of St. John’s University, Collegeville, MN, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Management. Mr. Keegan is a Certified Public Accountant.
- David E. Mason, Vice President/Chief Information Officer - Mr. Mason brings over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Mason began his career in the check-processing arena and was brought on board the credit union in 1991 in order to oversee a conversion to in-house item processing. Over the past 18 years he has worked in several areas of information systems, including Item Processing, Data Processing, telecommunications and Networks. He was promoted to Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2000.
- Paul L. Dinger, Vice President/Chief Administration Officer/General Counsel - Mr. Dinger’s responsibilities include internal audit, security, facilities, human resources, records retention and compliance. Mr. Dinger joined the Credit Union in 1999 as Director, Risk Management. He was promoted to the position of Vice President – General Counsel/Risk Management in August 2001 and to his current position in June 2003. Prior to joining the Credit Union, Mr. Dinger was a shareholder in a Minneapolis law firm representing clients in bankruptcy, general commercial practice, regulatory affairs, leasing and purchasing transactions and employment matters. Prior to his tenure with the law firm Mr. Dinger was corporate counsel for several large corporations in the Twin Cities area including Northwest Airlines. Mr. Dinger is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law and obtained an undergraduate degree in history at Luther College. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Iowa and Minnesota and before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Iowa and Minnesota state bar associations and has served as a board member and officer for several Minnesota non-profit corporations.
- John J. Wagner, Vice President/Marketing - Mr. Wagner has been with Wings Financial since June 2001. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of marketing programs and promotions as well as advertising, public relations and market research. In addition, he is responsible for the business development and training functions in the organization. Before joining the Credit Union, Mr. Wagner was a Vice President in the Retail Payment Systems group at U.S. Bank and was responsible for the development of the bank’s retail co-brand strategy, working with retailers like Target, Kroger and Albertson’s in the development of new payment products. Prior to U.S. Bank, Mr. Wagner was employed by Northwest Airlines in a variety of sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Wagner has a B.S. degree in Marketing from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
