Access your account information anywhere, anytime with CU Online Internet Banking (login page). Using a computer with Internet access, you're just a few mouse clicks from your account information. CU Online is easy to use, it's secure and, it's free to all members.
Besides basic transactions, CU Online offers these features:
Remote Deposit: Enter your checks in CU Online and receive immediate credit, up to your pre-determined limit. Then, simply mail the checks to the credit union to finish the transaction.
Bill Payer: The Credit Unions Bill Payer program is FREE as long as you pay a minimum of 3 bills per calendar month. Otherwise, a $5.95 fee will be assessed for any month fewer than 3 bills are paid.
Enhanced Login Security: This new feature takes online security to the next level.
eChecks: View copies of your cleared checks simply by clicking the link within your account history, or search by check number by clicking on eChecks in the left navigation bar within CU Online.
eStatements: Sign up for e-statements, and your mailbox will no longer be cluttered with paper statements. A valid email address must be confirmed with the Credit Union in order to receive e-statements. When your periodic statement is ready, you will receive an email from the Credit Union informing you that the statement is ready to view through CU Online.
External Transfers: Allows members to transfer money between accounts they are listed as "primary" on at different financial institutions. 23,000 banks and credit unions are supported in this feature along with most investment brokerage houses. Transfers into Wings are free. A $10.00 fee per transfer applies to transfers made from Wings to another institution. Each transfer takes 3 days to complete from the scheduled date/time of the transfer.
Credit Cards Online: If you have a credit card at the credit union, you can access your credit card information simply by signing on to CU Online, and clicking on credit card link in the account summary. If you have used Credit Cards Online in the past, but have not used CU Online, you will need to request a PIN for CU Online by calling Member Services.
Quicken and Microsoft Money: CU Online allows you to download transactions into these popular money-management programs. The following documents offer assistance in using either program.
CU Online Security
Your privacy and protection are of the utmost importance to us. Bank online with confidence, because CU Online uses 128-bit encryption to ensure your account information is secure. For additional security, CU Online requires a credit union-issued PIN (Personal Identification Number) to log in and Password.
Not using CU Online yet? Call 1-800-692-2274 and select Option 2 to request a PIN. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your PIN to one of your choice.
