All you need to use CU PAL is a touch-tone phone and a PIN (Personal Identification Number), which will be mailed to you when you sign up for this convenient service.

- Check account balances
- Hear which checks have cleared
- Transfer funds between your sub-share accounts
- Make withdrawals — a check will be mailed to your home
- Verify deposits
- Transfer funds between account numbers (a cross account transfer authorization form must be filed)
