Wings' new skill for Amazon Alexa uses voice-recognition technology to give you fast, convenient access to helpful information about your credit union.

Using an Alexa-enabled device, the new skill offers hands-free, time-saving help with:

  • Confirming branch hours before you head out
  • Getting our routing number without searching for your checkbook
  • Always having our Member Services phone number handy

It's easy to get started.

Download the skill at Amazon. Then enable the Wings skill in one of two ways:

  • One-step: "Alexa, ask Wings Financial the branch hours for Highgrove."
  • Two-step: "Alexa, open Wings." ''What are the branch hours for Highgrove?"

To take advantage of the skill, you'll need an Alexa-enabled device, such as an Amazon Echo, Echo Dot or Amazon Tap.

Some of the things you can ask Alexa:

  • "When does the Edina branch open?"
  • "What are the rates for auto loans?"
  • "What is the routing number?"
  • "What is the phone number?"
