As part of its commitment to higher education, the Wings Financial Foundation awards scholarships to outstanding members each year who plan to attend an accredited college, university or post-secondary technical school.

The deadline to submit applications for the 2021-2022 Scholarship Programs is Friday, Feb. 1, 2021. Winners will be notified the week of May 3, 2021.

Applications for the Wings Financial Foundation and Paul Soderlind programs, must be submitted using CU Online.  Only one entry, per Wings ID, per scholarship program will be permitted.  Members are able to apply for all scholarship programs provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

The Foundation is currently offering a total of eleven scholarships equaling $30,000 to outstanding members nationwide who plan to attend an accredited college, university or post-secondary technical school.

    2020-2021 Paul Soderlind Scholarship Program

The Paul Soderlind Memorial Scholarship, administered by the Wings Financial Foundation, is open to former Northwest Airlines employees or eligible relatives of former Northwest Airlines employees.
