  1. Your account statements
  2. Your Wings Membership ID card
  3. Your Wings ID is in the welcome letter emailed from Wings via DocuSign if you joined online.

How do I access my loan information?

You can access your loan information in digital banking, our online banking platform. To log in to digital banking, please refer to the FAQ, “How do I enroll in digital banking?”

If you opened your vehicle loan at a dealership, please note that it may take up to two weeks for your loan to be added to your digital banking account.

How do I set up automatic loan payments?

We recommend setting up automatic payments from your Wings checking or savings account to your loan account. You can fund your account several ways:
  1. Direct deposit from your payroll
  2. Electronic transfer from another financial institution
  3. Electronic transfer initiated by Wings from another financial institution (you will need the routing and account number from the other financial institution*)
You may also use an Online Bill Pay service from another financial institution to your loan account*. To log in to digital banking, please refer to the FAQ, “How do I enroll in digital banking?”

*Fee may be charged by other financial institution.

How do I add my insurance information to my Wings loan?

Evidence of insurance is required as a condition of your Wings loan agreement. Please reach out to your vehicle insurance company and add Wings Credit Union as Loss Payee to your policy. Insurance coverage must be effective no later than the date the vehicle was financed with Wings and you are required to maintain full Comprehensive and Collision Coverage on the vehicle during the full term of your loan.

To submit proof of insurance, you may use this site: https://www.myloaninsurance.com/wingsfinancial

You may also use the following options to submit proof of insurance:

If this is not completed, it may result in force-placed insurance being added to your loan.

How do I list Wings as the lien holder on my title?

If you purchased your vehicle from a dealership, ensure that the title registration form lists Wings Credit Union as Lien Holder. If you purchased your vehicle from a private party, or if you financed a vehicle that you already owned, please contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and add Wings Credit Union as Lien Holder.

Where can I find my loan payoff amount?

You can find your loan payoff in one of two ways in digital banking.

First, you can find your loan payoff information by navigating to “Transfers & Payments”, then selecting “New Transfer”. From there, you will choose your loan as the “to” account and will see the payoff amount displayed on screen.

Alternately, you can also generate a loan payoff letter in digital banking. Watch this video or follow the steps below to see how:

  • Find your loan on your dashboard.
  • On desktop: Click the “More” menu near your balance information, then select “Loan Payoff”.
  • On the mobile app: Click the “Money” symbol in the top right above your loan details.
  • From here, you can download your loan payoff letter.
Additionally, you may request a payoff letter by calling (800) 692-2274 or visiting your local Wings branch.

Need to make a same-day loan payment?

One-Time Pay allows you to make same-day loan payments. Use any debit card, or transfer funds from another financial institution. Eligible loans include vehicle loans, personal loans, lines of credit, and home equity lines of credit. One-Time Pay cannot be used for a loan payoff, and is not available for credit cards, mortgages or commercial loans.

There is a fee for this service. If paid online using this service, the fee is $7.50; if paid by phone, the fee is $15.00. Please refer to the payment options above for a no-fee alternative.
