I love the culture here at Wings. The company's willingness to show appreciation for the staff and its members is unmatched in this industry. Also the products and services we offer here are by far the best that I have seen.
I've really enjoyed working in a diverse community, helping members figure out how to manage their hard-earned money around all the rules and policies to make sure they are getting the most out of their membership.
As a member-owned and member-centered organization, Wings Financial Credit Union has a long-standing commitment to making a positive difference in the communities we serve. Those communities include the local areas where we operate, as well as the air transportation organizations we partner with. To benefit and strengthen these communities, Wings provides active volunteer efforts, free financial education, student scholarship programs and financial donations.
Every summer, Wings brings together a diverse group of students to participate in our Internship Cohort Program. Each intern will work with their own department as well as participate in group activities and projects. Our interns develop leadership and collaboration skills, building relationships with each other, their mentors, and Wings employees. This experience culminates in a presentation to our Executive Leadership Team on a topic of importance to the organization. By the end of their time at Wings, our interns have gained experiences and contacts that will be instrumental in their future careers.
If you are interested in becoming a Wings intern, check our careers page in early-to-mid-January to view open positions!
At our core, it is the people that make Wings what it is today. Our success comes from loyal members who trust us with their financial business each day, and our employees who work hard to provide each member with outstanding service.
